This die-cast scale model is made in a limited edition of only 983 pieces in 2014 By CCM in scale 1:48. There is also the Caterpillar 983B Track Loader standard version with an open ROPS and without a ripper.

The Caterpillar 983B Ripper version Track Loader scale model features an fully articulated bucket, lift arms, and hydraulics. The full cab is accessible through opening doors, and the track assemblies are completely functional with free-rolling sprockets, rollers and metal track links.
