This die-cast scale model Caterpillar 6040 Mining Shovel is made in a limited edition of only 450 pieces in 2025 by CCM in scale 1:48 The scale model is packaged in a deluxe gift box and comes with a signed certificate. 

And for the avid collector there is also the Caterpillar 6040 FS (Front Shovel) Mining Shovel. This means you need double the space in your cabinet to give both the required "parking lot" -)

All aspects of the Caterpillar 6040 Mining Shovel are captured just like the 1:1 version and to the usual level of CCM's exacting detail, including Positionable boom, stick and bucket, Radiators visible through side & back of machine, Individually linked, free-rolling tracks, Ladders / ladder cage, Functioning access stairways, replicated hydraulic lines, Lights/ Mirrors, Grab/ Handrails, Opening cab door, Detailed instrumentation and Joystick controls within the Cabin.
